This software will let you send out Outlook appointments and meeting requests in a customized format.

AppointmentStyler is a Outlook Add-On. It adds custom designed invitation emails to your Outlook appointments, meeting and task requests. With this facility, you would not need to worry about what mail client they use, or if they are trying to receive the messages on their iPhone, for example. The way the calendar, meeting or task requests are sent by the Outlook will be read erroneously when the requests go out from Outlook directly. When the requests are sent as emails, this is not a problem anymore. Using the special templates makes the messages even more pleasant than a plain email! AppointmentStyler will use the specified templates and convert them into a nice looking appointment invitation. Look at the publisher`s website to get a feel of what`s possible.

You can parameterize a template, for example something like "The meeting will start at %starttime%" will let you send out a request like "The meeting will start at 16-30". Available patterns for appointments and tasks you can have are subject, companies, start time, startdate, duration, location, body, persons, endtime, enddate, response requested, role, duetime, duedate, importance etc. If that`s not extensive enough for you, you can create your own and save for regular use! All these can be invoked from inside Outlook and the added toolbar to the mail client. This can be really a convenience when you are communicating with people who may be using different kinds of mail systems. This is a real possibility in today`s environment.
